This site was located at 663 Clear Water Bay Road in Sai Kung, and was a private property project near HKUST. The cost for this project was high, and was one of the key projects of our company. We were solely responsible for the temporary metal works, permanent metal works, glass balustrade, aluminium balustrades and metal platform. We sent 4 foremen and 5 sub-contractors to follow up on this project. However, due to the large scale of this project, we had to arrange additional labour during peak seasons.

This project included a temporary road metal platform, which was a first to our company, and it was the most difficult part of the project. As the platform had to bear the weight of several construction truck and the result was magnificent.

Another difficulty for this project was the large area of the site, where the working places were far away from each other. Due to the lack of storage place, we could only divide the project into several phases. At last, through the team work of our foremen and partners, we could finish this project and fulfilled the requirements of the main contractor.
