Located at 11 Shap Pat Heung Road, Tai Tong, Yuen Long, this project was another major project after Aria. This 12-block residential building was constructed by two main contractors. Thousands of flats were constructed at the same time under the management of our company. At first, we sent 4 subcontractors to deal with all the work, and we were responsible for the temporary and permanent metal works, glass and metal balustrade for the building, aluminium cladding for the exterior wall and embedment works. The biggest challenge was the transportation of materials. Although we arranged a truck once a day, it took us 2 months to transport all the materials to the construction site. We also had to manage several sub-contractors of this site, making this project challenging. At last, as we were able control the completion date and complete the project on time.
