This site was located at 8 Wu Kai Sha Road, Lok Wo Sha. Facing the Tolo Harbour, this site was divided into 5 phases. Our company started to work on the soil excavation, structural hoarding and metal works of this project since 2007, till 2015 where all flat owners moved in.

The most unforgettable part of this project was the discovery of a 4m X 4m rooftop during the digging of the base, and it had to be evaluated by related authorities. This was our first encounter of such incident. Since it took time for archaeologists to investigate, we had to blocked the site and stopped the construction. Also, we had to arrange our workers to work in another position, making it hard to predict the completion date.

Later, we were responsible for the temporary and permanent metal works of Phase 1 and Phase 2, we arranged two sub-contractors to work in this site. However, due to the large number of temporary metal works, we had to arrange 6 to 7 workers to handle it. Due to the lack of labour, we worked with another subcontractor and arranged a total of 20 workers to work for 4 months. As the schedule was pretty tight for this project, we could only work harder to finish the project on time.
