This site was located at 9 Tong Yin Street, Tseung Kwan O, and it was part of the residential area of the integrated development plan atop Tseung Kwan O station.

Our company was responsible for most of the metal works, aluminium and balustrade, including all the temporary metal works and transformer rooms in the podium, and the permanent metal works of the control room, buildings and the mall. In block 5, there were several glass and aluminium that were broken, and we had to adjust the colour and amend the surface. Also, all faulted aluminium balustrade requires additional paint. The major problem we came across later was the lack of scaffold, and all the adjustment had to be conducted through suspended working platform. The availability of the suspended working platform was limited, so we only got them around two months before the project ends. So we had to arrange more staff to complete the finishing work.
