Located between Hammer Hill and Kowloon peak, this project meant a lot for our company.

We were mainly responsible for three parts, including aluminium claddings, aluminium grilles and permanent metal works. We devoted a lot of resources in this project, and there were almost 100 workers working in that site at the peak season. Since the position of the scaffold changed, so we had to outsource this project to another sub-contractor, as well as to management the work progress and division of labour carefully. In addition to the sudden changes in temporary staff, this project was a real challenge to us. Luckily, our suppliers were cooperative enough to improve our efficiency. Also, the manufacture and installing of different compartments can cooperate with our company, contributing to the final success of the project. After this project was completed, the main contractor had more confidence in our company, marking an important phase for us.
