Located at 38 San Ma Tau Street, with Kowloon City Ferry Pier Bus Terminal, Kowloon City Ferry Pier, Cattle Depot Artists Village, To Kwa Wan Sports Centre nearby, this reconstruction project of the old town gas factory was one of the major projects in Hong Kong.

We were mainly responsible for the permanent metal works, including balustrades, fire rated doors, H-shape platform, structural steel framework. The main focus of this project is our first use of fire rated paint. We worked with a new partner and spray fire rated paint when necessary. Despite the high coverage and the large number of paint, the project could be finished.

At the last stage of this project, the schedule was tight, therefore, we had to work overtime every day during the last stage before the building inspection.
