With our subcontractors

As a responsible contractor and partner, our principle is “people-oriented”. Since Jumbo Orient was established, we have been maintaining a harmonious relationship with our subcontractors in order to achieve our success. We drafted our construction contracts based on “people” and focused on the communication with our partners.

Our company launched the first edition of "General Contracting Clause" in 2007. We discussed the details of the contract with subcontractors and made amendments. In order to strengthen the communication between different parties and to enrich the content of the contract, our management and department heads held a "Sharing Session for General Subcontracting Clause" in October 2012. This meeting allows us to learn more about each other and to strengthen our future cooperation.

Apart from meetings with subcontractors, we would award “The Best Subcontractor” and “The Safest Subcontractor” every year during our annual dinner to show our appreciation for excellent subcontractors.

Corporate social responsibility

Based on our spirit of being “people-oriented”, we include corporate social responsibility into our management plan. We support the freedom of association and respect the right of workers to initiate negotiations. We would eliminate all kinds of mandatory and voluntary work, child labor and any work-related discrimination.
