Human resource is the most important asset of our company. Excellent staff is the key to development of the company and we understand that staff training is the best investment we could made. Therefore, we provide a series of internal training including new staff orientation training, occupational skill training, computer system training and on-site work training, in order to let our colleagues to learn more about the industry and the operation of the company as soon as possible.

Besides internal training, we also launch an external training subsidy project where we subsidize our colleagues to take work-related courses. After that, they can share new knowledge with other colleagues so that everyone can improve and contribute to the company.
