This construction site is located in the city center of Tseung Kwan O, near Tseung Kwan O station. There were 8 blocks, with clubhouse, malls and wet markets. This is our second largest project since “Prima Villa”, therefore, we put a lot of resources to this project. We were responsible for the glass balustrade, aluminium balustrade, building metal works, structural hoarding and lobby metal works. Part of work was related to the building plan and design work. We only arranged one subcontractor for this project, the metal works included:

- Building metal works;
- Structural hoarding;
- Glass balustrade and special balustrade inside the mall;
- Metal structural hoarding;
- Ventilation metal works along EVA Road;
- Steel aluminum balustrade at podium mall, swimming pool and garden, over twenty styles.

This project was one of the major challenges of our company. Luckily, through the cooperation of all partners, including our suppliers and their prompt support, we can complete the project.
