This property is located at Chap Wai Kon Street and is near Yu Chui Court, Yue Tin Court, Lam Tai Fai College and City One Station. It was one of the first major projects of our company. We were responsible for excavation work, concreting work and steel and metal work.
When we operated this project, we were just founded and did not have sufficient resources. Therefore, we needed to be well-prepared for this challenge. Moreover, this was located at the reclamation area near City One. The soil was still very soft, and some parts of the platform are broken, as well as operation problems like drainage and footing works. After being introduced for by the main contractor, we were assisted by a company from Singapore using mechanical and barrel mill method, and it successfully solved a lot of operational problems. In addition to the experience and knowledge of our company about soil excavation and concreting work, the project was smoothly finished.
