Source and select capable material suppliers for various projects, execute procurement and cost control, monitor product quality, lead time, delivery and after-sales service.
Project Management Section
Plan and monitor projects, conduct regular inspections on the quality and progress of the project during construction period, satisfy the needs of main contractors, property owners and clients.
Safety & Environment Section
Provide recommendations for the establishment, supervision and review of workplace safety, health and environmental management system, as well as the promotion of safety, health and environmental issues.
Technical Works Section
Lead and supervise daily-rated staff directly under our company to complete projects assigned to them and handle ad hoc jobs or maintenance work.
Accounts Section
Manage the account of the company, provide financial reports regularly and organize the daily bank balance.
Administration Section
Assist various departments and delivery teams on administrative issues according to the development goal and management strategy of the company and organize staff activities.
Human Resources Section
Manage recruitment & selection, onboarding and exit arrangement, training, performance management and talent development, establish rules and regulations, formulate and implement various compensation and benefit policies.
