Iconic Project
Park Island
Year(2002-2011)

This site was located at Ma Wan, Tsuen Wan, and was one of the largest private property projects in the New Territories. It was divided into several phases, with a certain distance from urban districts.

We were responsible for the soil excavation, metal works and the sheltered pathway between buildings in phase II. Since we were on a tight schedule, so we had to arrange the work progress wisely.

As the site was located on an island, we could only travel in and out of the site through ships during the inspection and construction of the base. Even after the roads were opened, the authority only allowed construction vehicles and trucks to pass through, therefore, we had to arrange additional vehicles for our workers to travel in and out the site. Even for small compartments, we had to use trucks for transportation, which inevitably increase the operating cost.

Part of the site had become one of the tourist’s spots in Hong Kong, including the “Noah’s Arc” in Pak Yan Road, Ma Wan, in which our company was responsible for the construction of an electric gate and exterior metal works.
